I Tri-ed...

Back in June a group of my girlfriends and I got together and did a triathlon together up in Bellingham, WA.  We even stayed in the dorms at WWU.  When you are 18 years old the dorms don't look so shabby.  When you are all past 30 with kids in tow the dorms look shaaaabby.  But after a few beers and lots of laughs they unshabby quite quickly...just don't put your face directly on the mattress and all will be good.

I think we clearly proved both our strength and our ability to look cool in wetsuits and swim caps...

I like to bring it home for my fans...

We all had all kinds of fun and did awesome.  There was even birthday cake awaiting us at the finish line.  Now that's my kind of race...
