Spooktacular...

This year the girls forgoed (forwent?) the cute and sweet Halloween costumes for the dark and mean.  Even better was that they got to dress up not once, not twice, but three times.  First there was the Monster March.  The Monster March is our neighborhood's annual Halloween parade.  Kids and adults dress up in their costumes and march around the streets while the businesses hand out candy.  Then if you are lucky you get to go party at our friends the Martinsons afterwards...yea!  Second was the class parties where the kids wear their costumes...yea!  And finally the night of candy gathering.  There is some good candy to be had in these parts.  Even some full sized candy bars...yea! 

For the parties and the Monster March the girls went simple yet mean...

 

 

For the night of they went all out... 

 

 And knowing that all 90's grunge bands had a lot of angst we did our best...

Oh what a fun couple of nights.  And no puking...yea!
