Early Christmas brings little kid smiles...
Early Christmas brings families together...
Early Christmas brings a feast fit for kings and queens and princesses alike...
Early Christmas brings opening early presents...
And best of all...Early Christmas brings sisterly love...
Early Christmas was capped with a drive to check out the Christmas lights. It was the best early Christmas of all. You won't even hear me complaining that on real Christmas we will be flying on an airplane (that leaves at 6am, people!). I won't be complaining because this year we get two Christmases. Two Christmases with two wonderful sets of families. Two wonderful sets of families that love us very much. Now that just might be my favorite thing by far!

Lena sure does look like your papa! Cute! Why are you opening presents so early? Aren't they gonna be here until the 23rd? And I'm jealous--I have the BEG, PLEAD, THREATEN to get Rookie to open even ONE present early!
