Pool party day is here!! Pool party day is here!! What a fun time we had at the indoor swimming pool. And thank goodness it was indoors because today's weather was cloudy, sorta misty, and a cool 62 degrees. Yes, people, you read that right. 62 degrees!! In August you ask? Yes, August! I know, I am as confused as you!! Anyway...the kids had a great time swimming their little hearts out. Swimming all afternoon makes kids eat all their dinner AND go to bed early. Who knew?

On a side note...you may recall we have been redoing our bathroom...like for the last 11 months. Hey, Rome wasn't built in a day and even God rested on Sundays. However, I am HAPPY to report that we are almost done, done, done, done, done! Did I mention we are almost done? Well we are. The walls are painted, the toilet is in, the lights are shining, the shower is cleansing, the mirrors are reflecting, the floor is tiled. All we need now are a couple of sinks and we'll be good to go (and my "get ready area"...mama needs a whole area to put on her face). Tomorrow we (and when I say we, again I mean Jason) will install the sinks/vanities. So stay tuned for the ever so exciting installment of "As the Bathroom Changes".
