Later that afternoon they swam for two hours at birthday party and then rode their bikes for a bit in the evening. In all fairness one could say that on Sunday Lena and Annika finished their first triathlon. A triathlon that was done out of order and had cake and resting in between the events. Now that's my kind of race!

Tri Baby Tri...
On Sunday the girls "competed" in and finished their first 5k. They walked (and ran some) all 3.1 miles without too much complaint. They were the youngest competitors by about 6 years and finished in 55 minutes. They may have been last, but they were by far the cutest...
