09-09-09 is here and that means the first day of school!!! Annika is entering kindergarten and Lena is in first. Both were very excited and a little nervous (even though Lena said she wasn't, but when I found her clinging to my pant leg as we entered her classroom I suspected different).

This past weekend we watched The Cat in the Hat. Lena insisted on wearing her hair just like Suzy. It took some doing and about 50 squirts of hairspray, but I think we achieved the perfect curl...

Annika went right into her classroom without a hesitation. The only thing slowing her down was the clog of parents wielding cameras in the doorway...

Luckily Lena has a bunch of friends from her class last year in her class this year and sits right next to her good friend Ryan...

People keep asking me what I am going to do with all my free time...the whole 2 hours and 45 minutes of kid freeness. My plan is simple. I am going to go to the gym and in no time my body will resemble a Moore. I am hoping for Demi, not Michael.
