What Is Happening In My World...

I'm confused. Was there some shift in the way my world is suppose to be that I am unaware of? Sunday after the run jog shuffle we went back to the hotel to pack up and so I could take a shower. While I was in the shower something strange happened. I can't quite explain it. When I got out the girls were all atwitter with details of chain saws, log running, and pole climbing. WHAT? Yes, that is right my friends, they were sucked into the Lumberjack Finals and loving it! LOVING it. They knew the names of the contenders and from which country they hailed. They knew that you couldn't chain saw past the black line on your log or you would be disqualified. In fact, when we were ready to leave we couldn't because it was the championship round for log sawing and we had to see who won. Again...WHAT? There aren't any cheerleaders. The lumberjacks don't wear pink sparkly shirts. There is no booty shaking music. I'm confused!
